Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU. The recipient of the goods, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they're aware that they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products to be delivered there.
You (or the recipient of the products if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order, it's your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
If your order gets stuck in customs, it is the recipient's responsibility to contact their local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Unfortunately Urban Outfitters cannot do this on your behalf.
Payment is to be made in GBP or Euros. International credit card providers or banks (excluding UK or EU) will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.
All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. This means that the total price you pay for the product is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on our sale of the product.
For those customers wishing to claim back VAT on orders outside of the EU, unfortunately we do not refund any VAT requests.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Switch/Solo and PayPal.
If you have paid by debit or credit card, your card will only be charged once your order has been dispatched.
For information on PayPal payments please see www.paypal.com
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, please try the following:
1. Check if you have an attempted delivery card as your order might be waiting at a local post office or delivery depot.
2. Check with your neighbours if they have accepted your delivery on your behalf.
3. Check in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel.
If you still can't find your parcel, please Email us here.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund. Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
